Due to our continued rapid growth and demand of our product and services, Alpha One has created a necessary expansion of the point of sales systems within the field. We are looking for experienced outside business development professionals to introduce our line of products and services to retail and restaurant small business owners in south Florida.

You will call on small business owners. We will provide extensive training, and we offer exceptional compensation, including base salary (plus uncapped commission), full benefits, and the opportunity to establish yourself as a leader in a particularly lucrative field. Job Requirements As an Outside Sales Representative, you must be hard-working and results-oriented and driven, combining a strong work ethic with a positive attitude and an engaging and credible personality. You should also be a quick and eager learner with a desire to constantly expand your sales and product knowledge. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills as well as the ability to easily establish rapport with both clients and their gatekeepers. Specific qualifications for the role include: · High school diploma (Minimum required education) · Recent outside sales experience including establishing business relationships and overcoming gatekeepers’ objections · Steady work history with longevity with previous employers · Excellent customer service and follow-up skills · Familiarity with social media · Professional appearance and demeanor · Availability to work weekends when required

Outside Sales Representative – Business Development – Account Manager – Medical Device ​

Job Responsibilities As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work out of our offices as you develop client leads and transition them into new business using a consultative, relationship-based sales approach while building a network of referrals. This will involve not only making presentations to dentists, but also working with their receptionists/gatekeepers as you make initial contact and set up meetings. Your specific duties in this role will include: · Establishing business relationships with small business owners · Establishing yourself as a subject matter expert and valued added services · Demonstrating our POS product line.
